Get ready, General Hospital fans! Wednesday’s episode (November 12, 2025) is packed with drama, anger, and heartbreak. Willow is finally free, but things don’t go as smoothly as she hoped. Let’s take a closer look at what’s about to happen.

Willow Is Out — But Not Happy
Thanks to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is now out and waiting for her trial. She’s accused of shooting the man she almost married — and some still think she might have done it, or maybe one of her other personalities did.
After getting dressed up and putting on some makeup, Willow heads straight to the Metro Court Gardens. She knows that’s where Michael (Rory Gibson) and her son Wiley (Viron Weaver) like to spend time.
When she sees Michael, Wiley, and Jacinda (Paige Herschell) sitting together like a happy little family, she can’t hold back her emotions. Wiley is thrilled to see his mom, but Michael takes Willow aside for a private talk — and things get heated fast.
Willow accuses Michael of planting the gun in her room at Elizabeth’s (Rebecca Herbst) house. She’s angry and shouting, while Michael just stands there, letting her vent. Is he guilty, or is Willow losing control again?

Drew Plays Dangerous Games
Meanwhile, Drew (Cameron Mathison) pays Alexis another visit at her office. He’s acting powerful again, throwing his weight around and making threats. Since Congress hasn’t met in weeks, he clearly has too much free time.
But Alexis isn’t scared. She tells Drew that if he keeps playing his little games, it could cost Willow her freedom. She won’t accuse Michael if she thinks someone else might be guilty. Her warning makes Drew think twice — and it also puts Portia (Brook Kerr) in a risky spot.

Ned’s Life in Danger
At the hospital, things turn serious. Poor Ned (Wally Kurth) needs emergency bypass surgery to save his life. His family waits nervously for any update.
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) rushes to the hospital with Chase (Josh Swickard). Chase realizes it’s time to focus on his wife — not his ex. The tension in the hospital is high as everyone hopes Ned will pull through.
Meanwhile, the kids take matters into their own hands. They sneak off to try and break into Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) lab. Laura (Genie Francis) worries about Rocco (Finn Carr), but she doesn’t know that something even worse is about to happen.
